1. บริการของเรา1. The service

Mortar POS คือโปรแกรมขายหน้าร้านสำหรับร้านขายยา ติดตั้งและทำงานบนเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ของร้านคุณเอง โดยมีบริการเสริมออนไลน์ (บัญชีผู้ใช้ พอร์ทัลร้าน การอัปเดตอัตโนมัติ และการเชื่อมต่อระหว่างเครื่อง)Mortar POS is point-of-sale software for pharmacies. It installs and runs on your own store computer, with online companion services (your account, this portal, automatic updates and device linking).

If it stays offline beyond 30 days, selling pauses until it reconnects, and your data stays intact and unlocks the moment it does. (A paid store is never paused during the term it has paid for.)

When the trial ends without a purchase, your store can still sell, close the till and back up its data; the other features pause until you buy a plan. Nothing is charged, and all your data remains intact.

3. แพลนแบบเติมเวลา3. Prepaid plan terms

แพลน Basic และ Pro ขายเป็นระยะเวลา 1 ปี ชำระครั้งเดียวต่อการซื้อ ไม่มีการสมัครสมาชิก ไม่มีการต่ออายุหรือตัดเงินอัตโนมัติใดๆ ทั้งสิ้นBasic and Pro are sold as one-year access terms, paid once per purchase. There is no subscription and absolutely no automatic renewal or recurring charge.

The other features pause until you renew. Your data is not deleted and becomes fully available again the moment you renew.

We never see or store your card number; our systems keep only the purchase record (plan, duration, amount, method) as your purchase history.

Other refund requests are considered case by case.

You can back up and export at any time on any plan, and an expired plan never deletes or locks your data.

9. การเปลี่ยนแปลงบริการและเงื่อนไข9. Changes to the service and these terms

เราพัฒนาบริการต่อเนื่องและอาจปรับปรุงฟีเจอร์ ราคา หรือเงื่อนไขนี้ได้ โดยการเปลี่ยนแปลงจะไม่มีผลย้อนหลังต่อระยะเวลาที่ชำระแล้ว หากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงสำคัญ เราจะแจ้งผ่านพอร์ทัลหรืออีเมลของบัญชีWe improve the service continuously and may update features, prices or these terms. Changes never apply retroactively to time you have already paid for; significant changes are announced via the portal or your account email.

10. การยกเลิกบัญชี10. Closing your account
